The Canton has Spoken, Let’s Vote on a New Badge!

Greetings populace of Brokenbridge,

I want to thank you all for the feedback we received about the populace badge for Brokenbridge. We had so many suggestions that it seemed best to have a vote to see which badge will become the populace badge of the canton!

Follow this link to vote now: https://forms.gle/nfT9b3RyeTt1tVNX8

The voting will be a rank choice vote, so you will have the option to vote for your top three ideas. Voting will be open until February 20th. Please note that only one vote per name and email address will be counted.

At Brokenbridge commons on February 21st, the top three choices will be announced.

Thank you Mathghamhain for helping with the graphics!

Lord Ragnarr Bliskegg

Help us Select a Brokenbridge Populace Badge!

Dear Populace of Brokenbridge,

I hope this message finds you well, especially after the sky has decided to gift us with so much snow!

It does not feel like winter unless we are all digging ourselves out. I write to you all today on an important matter that needs the collective input of the residents of Brokenbridge. I have been consulting with the heralds of Ostgradr and they have brought to my attention that our fair canton does not have a badge of our own!

We have our arms, the Bugs and Bunny of Brokenbridge, but those are only supposed to be used for our official events, to mark our location at events held by other groups or worn by the seneschal. While this is nice, I would love to have something that all members of Brokenbridge can use. Something that could be a belt favor, trinket or even used on your own social media page. To that end, we propose this badge, “(fieldless) a rabbit rampant vert.”

The proposed populace badge.

I don’t want to make this decision in a bubble. If you have ideas or thoughts, or even want to submit a design for the populace to debate on, please email me at seneschal@brokenbridge.eastkingdom.org.

We will have our Commons meeting on February 21st, 2020 and will make this an official discussion point at that meeting.

Yours in service,

Lord Ragnarr Bliskegg, Seneschal of Brokenbridge
